[As Sam listens to Bucky, Bucky listens back to what Sam wants. He knows it isn't Sam imposing his wants on Bucky, not like Pierce, but he can't help but wish they were already to that point. Still, the programming doesn't allow him to move quickly on something like this, doesn't let him get too comfortable. At the end of the day, no matter how much Sam works with him, he's still a weapon waiting to be re-activated.
